How much is an asbestos inspection for a residential home?

We charge one blanket price for all typical residential homes. The fee includes all samples necessary (no limit) analysed in a NATA accredited laboratory, investigated by a& experienced, tertiary qualified consultant. There are no additional fees or charges. If your property is large size, has significant out-buildings (more than a detached garage), or is outside melbourne metro, we would adjust pricing to suit.

Other companies may charge a fee for the inspection and then a per sample cost which may sound better, but can quickly exceed our capped price format with consultants incentivised to collect as many samples as possible, – if you are really after the best price, make sure there are no hidden fees. Also you should consider paying a little extra to have this done properly, missed asbestos items and poor reports that are hard to interpret can be costly in their own way.
